Just got a little bundle of these. They call these Bandit Signs and they're supposed to be illegal... Not looking forward to the $150 fine that comes with it if I get caught, but I'll try my luck.

Just got 1000 of these bad boys in the mail. Time to start handing them out at meetings and REI clubs. The next step is to buy and set up tons of Door Hangers and Plastic Signs. I'll keep this posted!

Let the Adventure begin...

Hey everyone, my name is William and today is the day that I officially begin my Real Estate adventure here in Vancouver: North America's most expensive city. Starting with little money, I plan to bring myself, as well as my family to true and absolute Financial Freedom. Now many of you may ask me: How are you going to make money in Real Estate in Vancouver with little to no money? Well guys, let me tell you that the time to make money in Real Estate is always NOW. Take Carol Stinson for example: A mother of seven, her youngest was handicapped. Living off of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, she spent her last $30 to buy a Real Estate book. Her husband thought she was crazy! But she dug in and in her first 60 days she made $10,000. She's been making $5,000- $10,000 dollars a month every month since. She was able to take her kids shopping for school for the first time in their lives, she was able to take them on vacations, something she could never do before. That was three years ago guys, and there are countless stories of success all around the world. 

So many times in life somebody with the worst relationships, carrying a job that they hate will tell you how to run your life. People tell me all the time that I'm absolutely nuts and that I should just go back to school and work more hours. But then I ask myself: are these people qualified to tell me what to do? Are they living the life that I want to be living? And the answer to those questions are no. But I know that if things keep going the way they're going, I will keep getting what I keep getting. The time for change is now. That is why I am here writing this blog.

This blog will depict my every step towards success. This blog will contain up-to-date news about Real Estate in Vancouver. This blog will keep me accountable to the goals that I have set out for myself.
